Equally as good is the idea that such couples should have a frank and detailed discussion about money issues, and that in many instances, a prenuptial agreement may be helpful.

The lack of a prenuptial agreement may wind up costing billions of dollars for oil tycoon Harold Hamm, who is currently embroiled in divorce proceedings with his estranged wife. She has accused him of infidelity, and there has been controversy over whether she should be ordered to disclose secret recordings - both audio and video - that she is said to have had made depicting him in the privacy of their homes.

Alamo overseer's divorce case discloses sexting

The woman who serves as the head administrator of the Alamo historic site is involved in a divorce proceeding. One controversial aspect of the case, in which her husband has asserted that she was having an extra-marital affair with an ex-Alamo vendor, is that it is now acknowledged by her that she sent naked pictures of herself using her cell phone; this is a practice sometimes referred to as sexting.

Actress fighting Charlie Sheen for child custody of twins

Actress Brooke Mueller is seeking to regain child custody of the twin boys she had with movie and TV star Charlie Sheen. The children are being taken care of currently by actress Denise Richard who took over caring for the children when Mueller entered a rehab program for substance abuse, which caused authorities to remove the children from her home.
